How to relieve cough

Cough is annoying especially if cough with phlegm. The Chest felt tight. There is no one recipe to overcome cough. Herbs that can be used to help treat a cough and warm nature of which has the effect or efficacy relieve cough, laxative sputum, fever, anti-infective, anti-inflammation and stimulate immunity / immune

Here are some herbs that can be used to treat a cough.
1. Betle leaf (Piper betle L.)
Benefits: stop coughing (antitussive), reduce inflammation, antiseptic, antifungal, relieves itching.
2. Ginger (Zingiber officinale ROSCs.)
Benefits: warm breath, sputum laxative, anti-inflammatory. For coughs due to colds, influenza and colds.
3.
Galingale (Kaempferia galanga L.)
Benefits: peluruh phlegm, relieve cough.
4. Peel of Mandarin Orange (Citrus nobilis Lour.)
Benefits: a laxative of sputum, antiasma
5.Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees.)
Benefits: anti-inflammatory, anti-infection, reduce heat, analgesics, neutralize toxic material / toxins, stimulate the body's immunity. for the flu coughs, bronchitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, whooping cough
6. Pegagan (Centella asiatica Urb.)
Benefits: anti-infectious, antibacterial, lower the heat, counteract toxic materal. for the flu coughs, bronchitis, lung spots, pneumonia, whooping cough
7. Saga leaf (Abrus precatorius L.)
Benefits: anti-inflammatory, reduce the heat.
8. Pahap (Lilium sp.)
Efficacy: relieve cough, antihistamine, relieves asthma, coughing up blood.
9. Mentha leaf (Mentha sp)
Efficacy: relieve cough, sputum laxative.
10. Lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle.)
Efficacy: relieve cough, sputum laxative, antioxidant.
